SHIPPING INFORMATION


I do my best to post items as quickly as possible, without compromising on the design and quality of workmanship.

As a guide, processing time is between 1-3 business days.  However, this does not include shipping time.

Unfortunately, I have no control over how long it takes for the item to get to you once it has left the studio.

All items are sent either via Royal Mail or courier.

If you need your item/s by a certain date, please let me know as soon as possible and I will let you know if the timeframe can be reasonably met. 

I do not want to disappoint you and so will always do my best.

Every item is carefully packaged in bubble wrap and a box and then shipped in a waterproof bag.

If your item is a gift please let me know and I will include additional gift wrapping, ribbon, etc - all free of charge!


REFUNDS - EXCHANGES - CANCELLATIONS


If you are unhappy with your item for any reason, please let me know as soon as possible, so that I can rectify any issues that were caused at my end. 

Due to the handmade nature of all items small imperfections are possible.  For example, colours and patterns may differ slightly from the website pictures.

Due to photography, colours can sometimes appear differently online.  Please be sure to read the product description carefully prior to placing your order.

Due to health and safety I cannot accept the return of earrings.

If your item is a one-off commission, please understand, I cannot accept a cancellation. 


JEWELLERY CARE


Always store your jewellery in a clean, dry place and keep clear of oils, creams, perfumes, etc.

It is recommend that you do not wear your jewellery in water.

If you drop your jewellery it is possible that it will break.

To remove dirt or makeup from polymer clay items it is recommend that you gently rubbing with alcohol or nail polish remover.

If all, or part, of your jewellery is hand painted or is made of metal, it is recommend that you gently polish with a soft jewellery cloth. 

Gemstone jewellery can be cleaned with a damp cloth.  Please do not use chemicals on your gemstones as this could damage them.


TAXES & DUTIES


In most countries, you have to pay taxes or duties on imported items.

Some items, under a certain value, or in certain categories, do not incur taxes.

Rules determining import tax and duties will vary depending on the country. Unfortunately, I do not know all of the rules, regulations, customs, traditions, practices, documentation, laws, or rulings of every single country.  Therefore, I am sorry but I am unable to offer advice or guidance about this matter.

As the buyer, please note, this is your responsibility and I recommend that you find out this information before placing an order.


PRIVACY POLICY


When you place an order from me, I will receive your name, delivery address and email address. I will only use these details to process and deliver your order, or deal with any queries you have related to that order. If you send me a message using the contact button I will receive your username and email address.

The only circumstances in which I will share your data is in processing your order or complying with the law.

I will never use or pass on your information to third parties for marketing purposes or any other purpose, other than the circumstances listed below, or add you to any mailing list without your explicit consent. The circumstances in which I may share your data are:

  • With delivery companies to fulfil your order.
  • To comply with legal or tax obligations.

I will only retain your details for as long as necessary in order to process the transaction and I will securely store any data collected during that period. I retain personal data related to orders or customer queries for six years. After this time I will delete your data from my records.

You have the right to know what personal data I hold about you, and to ask for that data to be changed or deleted. You also have the right to complain to the ICO if you believe there is a problem with the way I handle your data.
